Return Policy for WellRite Gummy Vitamins

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products (except for quality issues).

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.

  • Gift cards and other non-physical products.

Opened Products with Quality Issues

If you’ve opened your jar and believe there’s a quality issue, please email us at support@wellrite.com. Our team will investigate the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@wellrite.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
